What a wonderful day on the Camino - beautiful sunrise and sunny all day- long walk (29k) but the friendships have become so close- it is hard to explain the tight bond we all feel with our fellow pilgrims but everyone is feeling it I think. Tonite we are in a tiny little town- no stores and very quiet. Getting ready to share a dinner with friends from Australia, England, Germany, USA, Netherlands and Spain - it truly is a small world .

Happy hour after a long walk!
Well, it looks like I didn't post in the right spot so I will try again. Today it is raining here in Yakima which is needed for the crops. We have had some warm weather, too. Tomorrow we have Dean and a work crew to help spread some dirt around to fill in some holes and do some landscaping. Dad(77) had Don(79) the rat killer come to rid our place of those cute little obnoxious creatures, then Bill Wolfe(78) stopped by to remind the Don about finishing his rat job. A meeting of the old farts! ! They were having a great time down south of the Shop. All serious business came to an end. The day was beautiful warm and soft wind to enjoy. Well you just keep trekking so you can come back to us. Love Dad and Mom
