Tonite we spend time in the beautiful little town of Ages- pop about 50- seems mostly old folks- these little towns cater to the Camino which keeps them alive. We are in a wonderful little family run albergue- having paella for supper. The daughter Maria, age 9 checked us in- she helped me with my Spanish! We visited the local church and got a lot of info from an elderly local lady about it. Onto the big city of Burgos tomorrow- home of El Cid! The sunshine has returned but cool winds.

So glad you posted a photo of the food and shared what you're having. I was wondering what type of things you were enjoying! We hiked Volcanoes National Park yesterday and had Mother's Day lunch in Hilo. Spectacular day. We're keeping good thoughts for both of you to stay healthy and strong! Talk soon. K and K
