Day 14- Burgos to Hontanas
We left Burgos in 35 degree temp and windy- long walk today(32k) to Hontanas. Unfortunately a virus has been spreading around the Trekkers and it got me today after arriving at the albergue- chills, fever, N/V/D- it hit fast but by the next morning I am better but a little weak. Taking the day off to recover- hopefully Brad doesn't get it!

Lynda, I'm praying for you a quick recovery. I am so excited every day you and Brad are moving forward on this incredible journey. Again the pictures are wonderful to view and thank you for sharing and taking me along with you on this experience. Hope no one else gets sick. The dirt paths were familiar in America when I was little - very little black top roads. Love you both - Mom
