Day 7 Los Arcos to Logrono

Wow- we had a long, hot day! 30 k and hot sun- everyone tired and sore-then out to the tapas bars in Logrono with the fellow peregrinos, so a short note tonight. This is an unbelievable experience, the locals are so kind to all of us- if we get lost they are always steering us in the right direction. More tomorrow!
